Ali's personal Code of Conduct
Early on in her career as a sports dietitian, Ali set a personal code of conduct for herself:
01
Person
before athlete
02
Improve health
& wellbeing
03
Improve
Performance
If we support an athlete with 1 and 2, then 3 naturally will take care of itself. Ali has seen this play out in high-performance environments time and time again over her 20+ year career.
